How to enter scores on Scilympiad
just in case we ever need to use it again
Instructions for grading on Scilympiad:
For event supervisors to grade events run on Scilypiad
Go to the Event Supervisor dashboard for the event and select the "Grade Online Tests" option

Go to the Event Supervisor dashboard for the event and select the "Grade Online Tests" option
This will take you to the list of tests which you will select one at a time.
The program automatically grades all multiple choice, true/false, multiple answer, and fill-in-the-blank questions. Scroll to the bottom of the test "paper."
You will see a reminder to confirm that fill-in-the-blanks are given proper credit. You can override a score if the student's answer is very close (a type, mispelling, or misuse of capiltalization)

If the test grading is good, move on to "Grade Other Teams" until all tests are scored. Then, select "Done Grading."
When you return to the Event Supervisor dashboard, you will see a button for Event Scoring

From here, you'll go to the list of scores, which will give you the ability to rank, break ties if needed, and submit the scores using the "Checkout" feature
A brief list of questions will ask you to confirm the grading process, and then you're done!
